Stefano Vernole is an author and freelance journalist. He also serves as deputy director of Eurasia Review of Geopolitical Studies and coordinator of the Mediterranean Eurasia Study Center. He is the author of some books dedicated to the former Yugoslavia, the Orthodox Christian world and the People's Republic of China.
